I am so reminded daily when I am aggravated and upset that we are not promised tomorrow -- so make the most of today!!! that is the positive we can have out of this -- we can appreciate our families and teach out children from our life lessons!!! You are precious and know that you are not alone in your thoughts -- we all have regrets and we all have relationships that are not the best - but we all have moments when it all just came together and made a bit of sense!!!
