I did 4 loads of laundry, unloaded/reloaded dishwasher, cleaned up toys from everywhere, sweeping, mopping, tub & shower cleaning, cleaned out refrigerator, hauled out 2 bags of trash, made beds & showered. It was just so pampering & glamorous! LOL! Women with PCOS have these characteristics: an irregular menstrual cycle, many cysts in their ovaries, weight problems, ovulation problems, hormonal imbalance, insulin imbalance, irregular bleeding, pelvic pain, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc etc" Sounds lovely doesn't it?
