Oh, my... is it wrong that the whole time I was reading about Miss Holly's little scene with Gunter in the grocery store the word "BLACKMAIL" kept running through my mind?

Hi Miranda, It's me Gunter's mom. Here I am on a school holiday and I can't sleep past 7:30. I just caught up on all my e-mails and internet time because 1. It's too early for teenagers to be up and 2. It's too early for teenagers to be up and hogging the computer. I never get to use the computer unless it's some odd hour of the morning or night.
I just read all your blogs and they just bring back a flood of memories for me. I remember asking Jared to promise me not to grow up when he was three. He promised and my heart has shattered because he broke that promise.
I do feel bad about you having some rough times while Blair was gone. Heathre mentioned you and the girls several times while we were up in NC visiting my mother. She was worried about you guys being alone. Your home has become a second home to her. I thank you and Blair for being her friends.
I can one up you on the maxi pad scene. I was pregnant with Jared. I was at the commissary with Heathre who was two at the time. We were finished shopping and making our way to the checkout. I happened to go down the shampoo and personal product aisle to avoid the congestion at one end of the store. Heathre is walking along behind, and being the articulate and helpful person she has always been shouts out as loud as she could" Mommy wait, you forgot to get these! You need them!" She comes running up the aisle with a large package of maxi pads and deposits them in the cart. Very embarrssed from the chuckles we que up to the line. An elderly man behind us tries to strike up a conversation with Heathre. He tells her what a sweet little thing she is and without missing a beat she replies, " Did you know babies come out of your pee-pee?" I wanted to die right then. I never turned around and just ignored the fact that the child belonged to me! The old guy never uttered another word.
Enjoy every minute with your girls while they are small. It is the best time. I miss my little ones so much. I don't know who these other two people are in my house . They eat all the food, ring up masssive cell phone bills, stay on the computer all day, demand money, use up all the hot water, and leave lights on. One of them makes the back bedroom smell funny and scratches himself. They other is always taking things out of my bathroom. She always manages to get all three phones in her room too.
Take care!
